Hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis, retiform acanthosis, inflammation

Case 678  18.1.13  (R. Carr) F 32 midline epidermal naevus 

 

Case 819 7.8.13  (H. Diwan)  F 26 axilla (indistinguishable from a skin tag) 

 

Case 1697   29.11.16 (U. Sundram)  F 10 linear lesion, foot 

Marked hyperkeratosis with areas of parakeratosis.  Subtle acantholysis, but not epidermolytic pattern.
