Case 449   Feb 2012 (P. McKee)  M 18 widespread warty lesions (*teaching)  

Very nice histology.  Probably a true-bill EDV in view of age and widespread lesions 

 

Case 601   27.9.12 (IH Chaudhry)  M 18 widespread scaly lesions (*teaching) 

 

Case 876 28.10.13  (M. Hurt)  M  44 forehead 

Diagnosed as such but really as this is a clinical diagnosis.  Slide shows superficial epidermal swollen keratinocytes with blue cytoplasm and atypical keratohyaline granules.  HPV-IHC +ve confirms. 

 

Case 1015 14.5.14  (H. Diwan)  F 43 (HIV+ve)  hypopigmented facial lesions 

Plane wart HPV changes in upper epidermis.  Discussion all about EDV. 

 

Case 2407 20.9.19 

Very good example showing epidermal changes.
