Case 2713 30.11.20 (M. Abdel-Halim) M 28 very long history of itchy lesions legs, crusted and milia.

Histology shows milia with epidermoid keratinisation and a little sub-epidermal reactive granulation tissue. This is a rare variant of dystrophic EB caused by a mutation in the gene coding for COL7A1.
