Case 1101 11.9.14 (H. Diwan)  F 9 scaly annular plaque, hip (*teaching) 

Fairly tight perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate.  One area of exocytosis with parakeratosis 

 

Case 1360   9.9.15 (H. Diwan)  F 38 arm 

Superficial example.  Fairly tight perivascular l infiltrate.  Parakeratosis. 

 

Case 2680 14.10.20 (H. Diwan) F 46 thigh rash 

Fairly tight perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate with a focus of spongiosis and parakeratotic scale.  PAS -ve.
