Case 62 Sept 2010 (P. McKee) Lichenoid reaction with numerous basal apoptotic cells

Case 1105 17.9.14 (H. Diwan) M 24 “rash” arm

Rather cryptic. Small focus of mild lymphocytic exocytosis with dyskeratotic, high-lying apoptotic keratinocytes. No vacuolar interface change, reticulate degeneration or bulla formation. Adjacent follicular epithelium not affected.
