Case 2424  15.10.19  (U. Sundram) F 60 vulva 

Usually solitary and <5cm.  Benign but can bleed.  Usually premenopausal on vulva, hormone sensitive and can occur in pregnancy.  Mesenchymal. 

 

Case 2084  1.6.18  (R. Carr)  F 70 vaginal “cyst” 

Expansile dermal nodule of sparse desmin+ve spindle cells in an eosinophilic collagenous stroma with prominent capillaries.  Discussion comparing with Superficial cervicovaginal myofibroblastoma: 

 

Case 2804  6.4.21  (U. Sundram)  F  21 skin tag labium 

Benign fibro-epithelial polyp with bizarre stromal cells.
