Comparison with basal cell carcinoma with Pinkus-like appearance.
Reticulated pattern with mucinous stroma. Not a true fibroepithelioma of Pinkus because:
No stromal condensations of papillary mesenchymal cells; fenestrations too short; no reactive Merkel cells; no CD30+ve stromal cells - always present in Pinkus (fenestrated trichoblastoma)
