Case 2698 9.11.20 (IH Chaudhry) F 67 nasal tip shave excision 

Fragmented inflamed lichenoid keratosis.  Not possible to specifically classify. 

 

Case 2802  2.4.21 (R. Carr)  F 30 Immunosuppressed (SLE)  Hairline tumour ?SCC/viral wart 

Not easy to classify.  Features of pilar sheath acanthoma, panfolliculoma or trichoblastoma.  HPV-like changes with clumped keratohyaline.
