Case 2699  10.11.20  (U. Sundram) M 85 cheek lesion 

Follicle-based growth pattern, with low grade atypia, pseudo-infiltration and trichilemmal differentiation.   Caused diagnostic difficulty, hence rather non-specific diagnosis.
