Case 1175 24.12.14 (H. Diwan) M 46 “cold” – red papules on hands 

Not sure I buy this in a 46 year old.  Mild papillary oedema, perivascular l infiltrate, some papillary capillary thrombi.  Most thought this a good example of perniosis.
