Case 828 20.8.13 (M. Hurt) M 74 atrophic leg plaques - interstitial
This was signed out as NLD, but pattern much more interstitial with mucin.
Case 1245 1.4.15 (H. Diwan) M 36 forearm
Case 1258 20.4.15 (M. Hurt) M 75 arm (disseminated lesions)
Case 1349 25.8.15 (U. Sundram) F 35 oedematous plaques on trunk
The pattern looked much more nodular and suggesting tumid LE. This may not be . “Floating collagen sign” (not very obvious) was taken as evidence in favour of IGD, but this is also seen in morphoea.
Case 1366 17.9.15 (H. Diwan) M 61 “rash” arm biopsy
Case 1881 14.8.17 (L. Yu) F 68 arm
Overlying acanthosis and compact hyperkeratosis.
Case 1916 3.10.17 (U. Sundram) M 36 gen. infiltrative orange-yellow papules/plaques
This may not be the right diagnosis. The pattern is of fairly dense, nodular lymphohistiocytic infiltrate with overlying psoriasiform acanthosis and papillary oedema. Much more chilblain/PLE-like. Wonder if there has been a mix-up.
Case 2223 17.12.18 (L. Yu) F 30 arm: interstitial form
Not very impressive histology – I would have dismissed it as non-specific, but contributors agreed with the diagnosis. Shows how subtle GA histology can be.
Case 3015 26.1.22 (H. Diwan) F 71 rash, thig
