Case 1515  14.4.16  (A. Bakshi)  M 34  widespread indurate dplaques.  Chest infections; H/S-megaly/↑LN 

More tuberculoid than sarcoidal granulomata following neurovascular bundles and adnexae. 

DD: sarcoidosis.  ↑ACE not specific to sarcoidosis and may be raised in any granulomatous process.
