Emperipolesis and elastophagocytosis is much more pronounced in GSS than in granulomatous MF. Granulomata can be seen in several types of cutaneous lymphoma: mycosis fungoides, CD4+ small/medium T-cell lymphoma, ATLL, Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma, Cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma.
