Case 65 Sept 2010 (P. McKee) Dense field of lymphocytes surrounding one or two giant cells that have phagocytosed lymphocytes. Emperipolesis and elastophagocytosis is much more pronounced in GSS than in granulomatous MF. Granulomata can be seen in several types of cutaneous lymphoma: mycosis fungoides, CD4+ small/medium T-cell lymphoma, ATLL, Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma, Cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma.
