Case 1761 27.2.17 (L. Yu) F 8 lip lesion

Infiltrative vascular tumour causing a lot of anxiety about possible angiosarcoma (unlikely at this age). Retiform pattern in places, and infiltrative. Some of the cells have round nuclei with prominent nucleoli and they dissect collagen bundles. In other areas we see some sclerosis and a lymphocytic infiltrate is also evident. Sent to C Fletcher for opinion. His letter not readable.
