Case 1080  13.8.14 (H. Diwan)  M 14 forehead nodule 

Close resemblance to glomerular structure.  Rare, benign vascular proliferation, usually part of POEMS syndrome. 

DD: tufted angioma – very similar pathologically but usually arises in young infants, and clinically lesions are larger and more diffuse.
