Case 1668  16.11.16  (H. Diwan)  M 17 purpuric lesions.  Calf biopsy 

Poorly reproduced pictures.  Acanthosis.  Dermal infiltrate with ?RBC extrvasation.  Panniculitis with fat necrosis, and histiocytes showing haemohpagocytosis. 

Comment by RC:  similar case was due to Leishmaniasis.
