Case 2571 14.5.20 (S. Taibjee) F 2 lump/swelling cheek

Action deep in dermis around ? abscess cavity. Granulomatous inflammation, a bit pyogenic granuloma-like, but with plump histiocytes. Self-limiting problem only in children.
