Case 928 13.1.14  (M. Hurt)  F 45 PIP knuckle 

No significant epidermal alteration ruling out acrokeratoelastoidosis.  Histology of knuckle pads can show: fibromatosis-like pattern (this one) – swollen collagen fibres: hyperkeratosis-like.
