Trichoblastoma arising in an apocrine poroma

Two distinct populations of cells are seen here- basaloid and poroid. Even if you call it FEP, according to Bowen and LeBoit, it's a fenestrated trichoblastoma! ( Am J Dermatopathology 2005;27:149-54

Well this case was from the mouth!

History: Cyst associated with lower left wisdom (lower back 8th) tooth. ?dentigerous cyst/keratocyst/ameloblastoma.

Our Diagnosis: Acanthotic ameloblastoma.
