Cellular digital fibroma

Case 864  9.10.13 (H. Diwan)  M 61 toe lesion 

Overlaps with superficial acral fibromyxoma.  Should be CD34+ve. 

 

Case 1173  22.12.14 (M. Hurt)  M 33 finger lesion 

Plump spindle cell tumour with storiform pattern.  CD34+ve; SMA +ve.  Melan A, S100, FXIIa, CD10, EMA all –ve 

DD: superficial acral fibromyxoma -↑interstitial mucin

Case 3054  22.3.22 (U. Sundram) F 71 lesion on toe 

CD34+ve.  Quite a lot of interstitial mucin suggests superficial acral fibromyxoma.
