Case 1009 6.5.14 (M. Hurt) F 61 abdo lesion.

Expansile dermal lesion with reactive acanthosis. Higher power very like IGD, but FactorXIIIa diffusely ++, and SMA+ve to a lesser extent. Diagnosis somewhat disputed w.r.t. ordinary DF.
