Differentiated from epithelioid angiomatous nodule because of abundant hyaline stroma in this condition.
DD: Bacillary Angiomatosis – endothelial cells with watery cytoplasm, neutrophils and pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia

Opinion divided between this entity and angiosarcoma. Both atypia and mitotic index low here. Periphery of adult typical site. This entity is intermediate in biology between haemangioma and angiosarcoma. Usually CD31/34 +ve.

Malignant vascular neoplasm with indolent behaviour. Some thought could be angiosarcoma.

Densely cellular dermal tumour with dissection of collagen suggesting malignancy. Vessels with inconspicuous lumen and endothelial cells having plump, pale, banal-looking nuclei, and dense lymphoid infiltrate. ERG +ve/HHV 8-ve.
