Nice vacuolar interface dermatitis.  Fairly early changes.

Good acute interface changes with apoptotic keratinocytes and pig incontinence.

Vacuolar interface dermatitis with apoptosis of epidermal keratinocytes.  Trans-epidermal elimination of pigment

Detached epidermis chowing individual cell necrosis which makes EM more likely than TEN. 

Case 2674 6.10.20   (U. Sundram) F 20 full body rash and peri-oral lesions 

Vacuolar interface reaction with apoptosis at all levels of epidermis.  Patient had been on sulphonamides.  Diagnosed as SJS/TEN. 

Case 4107  18.10.22 (U. Sundram)  F 48 urosepsis; bruise-like lesions on breasts 

Also shows features of occlusive vasculopathy.
