Actually a case of juvenile colloid milium.  Histological features would do for acute GVHD with vacuolar interface dermatitis, apoptotoic cells at all levels of epidermis including follicles and no eosinophils 

Case 775  6.6.13  (H. Diwan)  F 19  121 days post transplant 

Late manifestation of acute GVHD with rather vacuolar spongiosis, satellite cell necrosis and pigmentary incontinence.  None of the fibrotic changes of chronic GVHD. 

Case 1114  30.9.14  (U. Sundram)  F 46 rash 3 months after stem cell transplant (*teaching) 

Sparse infiltrate (cf chronic GVHD where it is more pronounced); lymphocyte-associated keratinocyte necrosis (apoptosis); syringosquamous metaplasia 

Case 1406 12.11.15 (H. Diwan)  M 45 mac-pap rash 

Understained slides. Mild vacuolar interface dermatitis with apoptotic keratinocytes.  Not a great example. 

Case 2886 29.7.21 (S. Taibjee)  F 7 acute rash, head, neck and trunk 

Arose 3 weeks after stem cell transplant for leukaemia.  Vacuolar interface changes, keratinocyte dyskeratosis and satellite cell necrosis (image 6).
