Case 535  June 2012  (R. Carr)  M 29 brown plaques nose and cheeks (*teaching)  

More eosinophils in this than in many examples. 

 

Case 801  12.7.13  (A. Bakshi/R. Carr) indurated plaque on scalp 

Very florid example, not entirely typical.  No Grenz zone.  Involving fat.  Loads of eos. 

 

Case 938 27.1.14  (M. Hurt)  M  58 scaly lesion on nose 

Classical dense mixed infiltrate.  Not a greenzzone. 

 

Case 1221 26.2.15  (H. Diwan)  F 48 nose (*teaching) 

Superficial biopsy but shows Grenz zone, mixed infiltrate and vascular dilation.  

 

Case 1434  22.12.15 (U.Sundram)  F 27 cheek lesion 

Grenz zone. Vasodilation.  Mixed infl. infiltrate with very prominent eosinophils, which suggests this was more like insect bite reaction. 

 

Case 1549   1.6.16  (H. Diwan) M 57 cheek 

 

Case 2441  11.11.19  (IH Chaudhry) forehead and extra-facial 

Mixed inflammatory infiltrate.   

 

Case 2813 19.4.21(R. Logan) M 53 lesion on nose 

Classical histology with Grenz zone, vascular dilation and polymorphous inflammatory infiltrate.
