Case 1017  16.5.14  (R. Carr)  F 90 (site not stated, probably ankle) 

Well-circumscribed fatty lesion with random focal proliferations of plump, slightly pleomorphic spindled cells, scattered inflammatory cells, and abundant iron pigment.  Probably reactive after trauma.

Case 2492 23.1.20  S. Taibjee  F 84  leg ? lentigo 

Haemosiderin, spindle cells and fatty components.  Rather like a blue naevus with myxoid stroma.
