Case 2440 8.11.19 (R. Carr) M 65 nodules shins (great case!)

Prurigo-nodularis-like lesions on shin. Pseudo-epitheliomatous hyperplasia with neutrophil and eosinophil abscesses in follicles. Caused by bromine and fluorine in inhalers.

Case 2876 15.7.21 (S. Taibjee) M 79 groin ulcerating nodules

Many, including me thought this was pemphigus vegetans. Combination of epidermal hyperplasia, microabscesses with neutrophils and eosinophils and a hint of acantholysis. DIF -ve.

Patient was using an inhaler containing glycopyrronium bromide. Lesions settled after stopping it.
