DD: retiform haemagioendothelioma – this has complex arborizing channels not seen here.

Lymphangiectasia papillary dermis; hobnail endothelium; a little haemosiderin
Case 2350 19.6.19 (H. Diwan) F 32 lesion back
Benign vascular tumour, probably lymphatic in origin.
Biphasic dilated vascular structures in superficial dermis with prominent endothelial cells. Narrow neoplastic vessels deeper, dissecting collagen All CD31+ve.

No history of RT. No haemosiderin in this one.
