Large dermal mass containing highly atypical cells (not unlike AFX), monster cells (multiple nuclei and bizarre mitoses), vascular dilation and obvious haemosiderin.
Ref: Kaddu, S. Am J Surg Pathol 2002; 26(1): 35-46 – a small proportion of these tumours metastasise. Are they a form of sarcoma?
