Apocrine papillary cystadenoma (Cyst of Moll)

Case 450   Feb 2012 (P. McKee)  F 36 site unknown (*teaching)

Nice example.  Not all lobules shown obvious apocrine secretion

Case 773   4.6.13 (?contributor) – no clinical detail

Straightforward example.

Case 814  31.7.13 (H. Diwan)  F 86 face

Apocrine secretion not well shown.

Case 1013  12.5.14  F 57 scalp

Nodule with hyaline, non-inflamed stroma; telangiectatic vessels; arborizing two-cell layered papillary architecture showing apocrine secretion and focal mucinous metaplasia.  No mitotic activity.  Multiple synonyms e.g apocrine adenoma, tubulo-papillary apocrine hidradenoma, apocrine papillary cystadenoma etc.

Case 1023  26.5.14  (M. Hurt)  M 51 occipital lesion (*teaching)

Multiloculated cysts.  Nice apocrine lining epithelium.

Case 1339   11.8.15 (U. Sundram)  F 45 verrucous scalp lesion

Apparently also showed SCAP, but only one view showing.

Case 2645  26.8.20 (H. Diwan)  M 30 foreskin

I had this down as a median raphe cyst and others agree.  It doesn’t really matter.
