Nodule with hyaline, non-inflamed stroma; telangiectatic vessels; arborizing two-cell layered papillary architecture showing apocrine secretion and focal mucinous metaplasia. No mitotic activity. Multiple synonyms e.g apocrine adenoma, tubulo-papillary apocrine hidradenoma, apocrine papillary cystadenoma etc.

Multiloculated cysts. Nice apocrine lining epithelium.

Apparently also showed SCAP, but only one view showing.

I had this down as a median raphe cyst and others agree. It doesn’t really matter.
