Case 93 Sept 2010 (IH Chaudhry)

Case 1050 2.7.14 (H. Diwan) F 59 renal disease leg biopsy

Quiet sub-epidermal blister with festooning. Congestive/thrombotic vasculopathy with hyaline vessel change. One vessel shows calcification. Changes suggested secondary to calciphylaxis, but I have sympathy for those wondering about other pathology such as pseudoporphyria or amyloidosis. This one needed more work.

Case 2067 9.5.18 (H. Diwan) F 51 end stage renal failure on warfarin

Both calciphylaxis and warfarin-induced vasculopathy
