Single slide.  Heavy perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate, subtle interface change, telangiectasiae, hyalinised papillary dermis. 

DD: pityriasis lichenoides – infiltrate lighter; exocytosis; necrotic keratinocytes; parakeratosis 

Lyme disease – no interface change; plasma cells
