Case 1186 8.1.15 (H. Diwan) M 77 scrotum
Odd appearance with focal area of epidermolysis with intra-corneal collection of almost naevoid-looking material with clumped keratohyaline. Benign, usually solitary scrotal lesion. Maybe HPV 16 related.
Case 1522 25.4.16 (M. Hurt) F 47 lesion on arm
Marked epidermolytic verrucous hyperkeratosis. This histology can be from a solitary lesion, or part of a systemic epidermal naevus syndrome.
Case 1571 4.7.16 (M. Hurt) M 84 thigh
Focal acanthotic lesion with marked hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis and epidermolysis. HPV -ve
Case 1580 15.7.16 (R. Carr) M 60 genital area
Hyperkeratotic papilloma with marked underlying epidermolytic changes. Not uncommon on genitalia. Confused with viral wart, but HPV not demonstrable.
Case 2340 5.6.19 (H. Diwan) M 79 - solitary lesion on back.
