Acantholysis with erosion, epidermal dysmaturation. Some thought acantholytic Bowen’s but no solar elastosis.
Case 2589 9.6.20 (U. Sundram) F 50 new rash back
Histology dominated by serous cap invaginating epidermis. Few small foci of acantholysis with eos in infiltrate. IF –ve. Presence of eosinophils helps to distinguish Grover’s from Darier’s disease.
Case 2741 7.1.21 (S. Taibjee) F 54 Behçet’s disease. Punch biopsy chest
Focal area of mild psoriasiform hyperplasia. Acantholysis was minimal and extremely subtle. A second biopsy showed it more obviously.

Parakeratosis, psoriasiform hyperplasia, moderate spongiosis, vascular ectasia and neutrophilic debris. Dysmature foci with keratinocyte atypia. No acantholysis.
