Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with “eosinophilia” (eosinophils): Epithelioid haemangioma

Nice histology with endothelial changes, vascular dilation, lymphocyte-rich infiltrate and occ. eos. 

Case 1006 (H. Diwan)  M 47 brow.  Prominent lymphoid follicle in this one. 

Case 1922 (H. Diwan)  F 27 recurrent nodule ala nasi 

Not well presented.  Endothelial hyperplasia visible.  Eos just about discernible.

        Nodular dermal proliferation of small bvs with plump endothelial cells, 

        lymphocytes ++, perivascular concentric fibrosis.  v. few eosinophils 

Case 2506 (S. Taibjee)  scalp “cyst”:  good vascular changes including vacuolation of  

        endothelial cells.  This example showed lymphoid follicle formation. Eos ±. 

Case 3026 (S. Taibjee)  F 23 multiple lesions on the scalp (*teaching)
